As a Customer Service & Sales Representative at AWM Network, you will become an important part of a versatile and constantly evolving department. Your primary tasks will include user qualification and cross-selling, both over the phone and via email.
The position will give you ample opportunity for professional development, as you will be working in close cooperation with the management and the sales department, whilst being a facilitator for improvements in the two departments.
Depending on your profile, there are several opportunities to grow within our company in fields like: outbound sales, prospecting, customer relations, social selling, account management, and management.

To be considered for the job, you must;
- be fluent in either Swedish or Danish. Professional proficiency in English is a must.
- be confident, convincing, and comfortable talking on the phone
- be inquisitive and adaptable
- be a team player
- have good written communication skills
It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you:
- can communicate in additional languages than the abovementioned
- have previous sales or customer service experience
Practical info and application
Working hours: Customer service is open on weekdays between 9:00-20:00 and on weekends between 10:00-17:00. Exact working hours will be agreed upon with the successful candidate.
